Redfield strikes me as the bureaucrat in charge in name only.
It does not appear he knew half of what was happening below him.
In a moment of befuddled honesty he found out that he was “da man” only on paper.
No, Redfield knew and spoke out about universal masking to reduce severity of virus and deaths. But more importantly to build natural immunity and a quick end to pandemic. Such a policy would also have reduced most needs for the great shutdown.
Redfield was left on taskforce, but silenced! He was America’s friend, but Fauci and group’s enemy.
