I’m curious... if the president has a body double and that body double is extremely convincing, if the real president becomes infirm, is it legally necessary for them to disclose or could they just keep “governing” with the body double?

There are no encumberments on the Executive other than what are stipulated in the US Constitution. Congress could likely not pass legislation that would require some kind of ‘sanity’ or mental/physical fitness evaluation without violating the USC.
With respect to what they could get away with purely from a public approval standpoint, keep in mind the White House press corps helped the FDR administration keep his wheelchair confinement from the American public for years. The great unwashed had no idea he couldn’t walk.

I honestly wouldn’t put it past these Marxists to put the real Biden in some secure facility to live out his final days in twilight while selling us a body double, always masked up, and continuing this ruse.
I, like most Americans, don’t believe this presidency is legitimate, but we’re in uncharted territory. I’m not sure what avenues we have left as citizens.
