I don’t know why this is a big deal. The po-po were simply taking a photograph to prove they didn’t kill the guy or beat the snot out of him. They were protecting themselves from the lying liberal lamestream media who were going to say they beat/killed the guy.

no, its really not a story at all... or the story is that the guy is smiling, which is really quite funny. People need to stop thinking in terms of racism and slavery. This man wasn’t ever a slave, nor were his parents. Its possible that his grandparents were but even that is pretty unlikely at this point. He was a wanted fugitive and they had to do what cops do all the time. Track him down and capture him. It has nothing to do with history. The people that put that historical connotation on it are the real racists.
