An employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Kansas City Division has been arrested after being indicted for allegedly taking numerous national security documents from the federal agency and storing them – sometimes for years – in her home.
The Department of Justice has identified the worker as Kendra Kingsbury, 48, of Dodge City, Kansas.
She was named in a two-count indictment from a federal grand jury that was issued under seal, and released when Kingsbury was arrested.
"As an intelligence analyst for the FBI, the defendant was entrusted with access to sensitive government materials," said Assistant Attorney General John C. Demers for the Justice Department's National Security Division. "Kingsbury is alleged to have violated our nation's trust by stealing and retaining classified documents in her home for years. Insider threats are a significant danger to our national security, and we will continue to work relentlessly to identify, pursue and prosecute individuals who pose such a threat."

Show of hands, who is actually ‘astonished’ at this?
Was she passing these docs to our enemies or just storing them at home for future reference? Obviously a lot to this story we don’t know yet.
Apparently with no sense of irony after the pass they gave Hillary.
The entire US DOJ is nothing but a band of thugs who wouldn’t know the rule of law if they were smacked across the face with it.
Isn’t this ok as long as it’s on a bathroom server?
The biggest irony of all is that if she wasn’t passing these along to enemies, then storing them in boxes in her closet probably made them more secure than if stored at the FBI.
That was my exact first thought.
Maybe she should have just set up her own email server in a closet and kept her illegal documents on that. After all, worked for Clinton - she suffered no consequences for thousands of counts of dozens of felonies.
This is great news because it gives me hope that Hillary Clinton will be arrested for the same crime. Any day now. Count on it.

I’m astonished we even know about this. Surprised they didn’t just sweep it under the rug.
The documents also included details about open FBI investigations across the country and "documents relating to sensitive human source operations in national security investigations, intelligence gaps regarding hostile foreign intelligence services and terrorist organizations, and the technical capabilities of the FBI against counterintelligence and counterterrorism targets," according to the DOJ. The second count specifically relates to classified documents that contained intelligence sources and methods related to the federal government’s efforts to collect information on terrorist groups, the DOJ alleged. "The documents include information about al Qaeda members on the African continent, including a suspected associate of Usama bin Laden. In addition, there are documents regarding the activities of emerging terrorists and their efforts to establish themselves in support of al Qaeda in Africa," the DOJ said.
She’ll plead the Hillary-precedent.
The head of the state dept did that and worse with zero recourse. What do people exp? Seriously.
I would, too.................
I’ll say it again: The NEA has been consistently turning out low-grade, immature and self-important morons for DECADES in the US.
The older I get the more certain I am that about this unless, either I am an outright genius or those people are immeasurably venal and corrupt beyond words.
Perhaps the FBI should contemplate an “operating manual”.
They could also list priorities, like focusing on hoaxes and trespassing events and turning a blind eye to national security issues, border issues, corporations taking people’s rights away.
A. Why did she do this?
B. Is it really all that unusual?
Or, to quote singer Tom Jones:
“It’s Not Unusual”.
C. Who else didn’t do there job, by not keeping track of all those documents?
