This kind of crap has been going on a lot longer than many think. I can remember being told in the early 70s that it was only fair that Indians (feather) be allowed to draw on Social Security earlier because they had a significantly lower life expectancy.
But here’s an idea. What is the life expectancy of men of sub-Saharan-African men around the world? Could it be that African American men enjoy a pretty high life expectancy in comparison?

I actually looked that up a few weeks ago. The ten countries with the shortest life expectancies are all in black Africa. Depending on the country, black Americans live between 17 and 22 years longer than people in those countries.
