You better leave the Constitutions alone. Should one be held or in the foreseeable future, you can kiss the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Forth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment , and the Sixth Amendment good bye. They already been emasculated but they would be eliminated. The new constitution would be totally empowering the Government, instead of the People.
