My understanding and belief is that the Insurrection Act was signed on or around January 10 of this year.
Although, there is understandably some fog around this... Gen McEnerny was in the WH about a week after, and I think said it was signed. He was interviewed by Ann Vandersteel. Plus, there are a few possibilities for the cause - Insurrection Act of 1807; and other more recent legislation, EOs and States of Emergency that gives POTUS the standing to do so.

Apparently that was not true. I heard he signed it also. If so he would have been able to use the military. Especially during the riots without needing the permission of the state. That’s only my understanding. I also heard he did want to sign it but the military wanted war with china. We heard a lot of things. I was hoping he signed it and let the military take possession of the machines and ballots and look at this if he was sure there was fraud.

Once signed, DJT no longer holds power. The military hold power. No "inauguration" can bestow it, nor take it from the military.
It is beholden to the military to use its War Manual (see section 11.3 and 11.4) to as-quickly-as-feasible to restore civilian rule. But, this is at the military's timeline. DJT is out of the direct picture (albeit, in the sidelines, perhaps in an advisory role).

That said, I see some "Scare Event" occurring, dollar crisis (takes out FED), temporary loss of power (to get folks to their phones and short-circuit the media), and 10-14 days loss of internet (current internet is Cabal-run Project MOckingbird) while Starlink is brought online. I see NESARA/QFS and precious-metal backed cryptos put online. New currency ("rainbow" notes, pictures of which I've previously posted on FR). Large number of arrests for Treason and other high crimes. For starters.
