SloJoe wears a mask on a Zoom call with world leaders, but doesn't when he's in the truck with another person sitting in the passenger seat, inches away.  Go figure!

To be fair, it was cold during the Zoom meeting and Joe had the windows closed. The truck’s windows were probably open. Good ventilation makes a huge difference with the Covid.
