Today, we have Biden, Harris, Rice and a few others with Obama pulling the puppet strings.Biden has already met with the elites of Russia and China. He knows his part perfectly.
I somehow cannot see Putin standing with Biden. (Or Biden's handlers.) This bunch has been using Russia as a punching bag and scapegoat. If I were Putin, the only reason I would have any sort of conversation or contact with Biden would be to suss him out and manipulate him. Biden isn't worth the time of day to the leader of Russia.
