Nothing perverse about it. It’s basically newspapers. Ads to readers for money. Stop demonizing. You want to stop the spread of stupid it’s a simple 2 step process:
1 get smart
2 spread smart

That’s ALWAYS been the cure. Whining about big business accomplishes nothing.
