A Republican Arizona state senator has expressed embarrassment over the ongoing Maricopa County presidential election audit, saying the effort makes the state GOP "look like idiots."
State Sen. Paul Boyer, who previously voted in favor of the audit, now believes that the review is "ridiculous," according to an interview published by The New York Times on Sunday. The Republican-led audit has come considerable scrutiny over allegations of partisan bias, lack of transparency, general incompetence and security concerns.
"It makes us look like idiots," Boyer told the paper on Friday. "Looking back, I didn't think it would be this ridiculous. It's embarrassing to be a state senator at this point."

You never catch democrats saying this about anything their party does no matter how ridiculous.
You have to wonder why Republicans will say this about their own party. Are they more honest? Are they less party-centric? Are the GOP whips weak and toothless? Are they really conservatives? Are they bought off by the other side to say such things?
Why not just withhold comment or say “let’s see the results?”
They are way way behind in the tally counts if the numbers quoted in the story are true.

This is one example why the base is losing Hope that our representatives will stick together and fight the evil demonic rats like the rats fight the GOP at every turn. I have no faith in them I will never again vote for another RINO republican never. Matter of fact I despise them all now!
