The suspect involved in a standoff with police at a Minnesota Wells Fargo Thursday was already a suspect in an ongoing case involving felony charges -- but was released after only five days despite a hefty bail, according to court records.

Ray Reco McNeary, 35, was arrested following an hours-long hostage situation stemming from an attempted bank robbery at the St. Cloud branch of Wells Fargo. McNeary was charged with aggravated robbery, kidnapping and second-degree assault.

Conditional bail? I guess that means on the condition you rob a bank to pay the bail?

How terrifying it must have been for those hostages. They feared their lives were about to end violently because they happened to be there when this type of thug was brandishing his gun at them.

One of my personal things: We spend weeks, months and years figuring out the most humane and honest justice system treatment for a criminal and decide on something. there can be attorneys and appeals. Maybe an overturn. While in prison they have dental and medical care, gym, computer and three meals a day.

The criminal on the other hand may be mentally deranged, exicted about the crisis situation, on one or more narcostics or with some left in his system, and he or she decides right there is you or I will get murdered. For Catholics no time to confessions or so called last rites. For all no time to kiss and hug loved ones and tell children we don’t want to leave them in an agony of sorrow-—we can’t help it.

Most of these guys don’t want to get out of prison. They do everything they can to get back in.

The soft on crime Dems are to blame.
That expression from the old days is exactly right today.

Letting thugs out on no bail, or out for overcrowding, or to avoid Covid problems in the system, or due to fake racism defense———means criminals are out endangering us all again.

We must demand stricter law enforcement no matter what our enemy Dems “feel like” doing.

of course. they used covid and then “racism” as an excuse to keep turning these thugs loose.AND THE PEOPLE IN THAT STATE WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP VOTING FOR THEIR OWN DEMISE. The ones with options and with money will move to red state and then start voting for the same policies and people that ruined the state they just left.
