Sure won't. On the last season of Dwayne (the Rock) Johnson's Titan Games there was a pretty buffed out dude competing in the men's division that had actually been a girl with a rather impressive array of collegiate sports accomplishments. I sat back to watch the inevitable and sure enough that person got whupped. The competition was real upper body strength intensive and nobody with a female physiology was gonna survive that for a win.
