PDJT stood trial in the Senate twice and was acquitted twice.
If he is brought up on trial with the same charges, again, that would be double jeopardy. Isn’t that something we are legally protected against?
I also note, with horror, the persecution of those that attended the rally on Jan. 6th. *Extralegal* persecution.
If he didn’t he was a fool.
Which is a big possibility. Rudy is getting older and missing a few steps.

They are going after Trump, Rudy is just an evidentiary stop along the way. The fact they were not interested in the Biden laptop indicates this is about Trump, again & still.
