Randy Quaid may be joining the race for governor of California.
After months of sharp criticism, the state's current governor, Gavin Newsom, will face a recall election, as it was announced on Monday that the signature threshold to trigger such an election has been met.
Reality star Caitlyn Jenner has already announced her own candidacy for the position, and now, Quaid has said that he's interested in tossing his hat into the ring.
The "Christmas Vacation" star, 70, took to Twitter on Tuesday to share his thoughts on the matter.
"I’m seriously considering running for governor," he revealed. "The prosecutorial corruption in California (esp Santa Barbara & the Bell scandal) is rampant; and I promise that if elected I will clean up the District Attorney Offices throughout the state."

He can’t be any nuttier than Gavin Newson, Nancy pelosi, Maxine Waters or Bruce Jenner. He should fit in well.
There will be a lot of candidates running, just like during the last recall election for California governor. What a circus that was! Unfortunately, another Leftist will, probably, end up winning it. Ditto, with most of the other Blue State governors who are in trouble. Massachusetts will, probably, replace their RINO governor with a much more Leftist governor, too. Michigan would, probably, have a Republican governor return, again, if cheating wasn’t going on there. Political Cheating gives The Leftists, of both major U.S. political parties, an advantage, and this will, always, be the case, until and unless all Political Cheating is, actually, stopped.

Someone should get the late Gary Coleman back on the ballot. He ran in 2003 when Gray Davis was recalled. Can’t be any worse than Newsom.
Randy Quaid is a huge Trump supporter, I’d vote for him over Bruce.
