Coke didn’t offer a reason for the end of Bradley Gayton’s role as senior vice president and global general counsel.
Assuming that the reason was because Coke decided conservatives have a point is far too optimistic and presumptuous. His replacement could be as bad or worse.

Something real creepy about that monthly payout amount. But maybe that’s just me.
On the other hand, Coke has pretty much allowed itself to be completely taken hostage. No way Monica Howard Douglas goes anywhere, for any reason, until she deems it time to leave. And when she leaves I’m sure she’ll be toting a sizable check along with her copy of the NDA she’ll sign and have no intention of honoring.
If I were anyone in that company I’d be walking around with and equip any office I enter with the latest James Bond level surveillance gear to record every breath in any meeting with her. You don’t, you’re fried chicken.
