I wonder “how black” you need to be, and have they written down the genetics associated with that. I understand there were some German laws that did a similar thing. Perhaps they can get some hints from that.

Actually, as described in the article - and much to my surprise - the law does NOT seem to have a racial component, and that is why some blacks are apparently opposing it.
