2 things
Do you use sunscreen to protect from skin cancer. If so, Sunscreen affects Vitamin D production. That’s because sunscreen contains chemicals that either reflect, absorb or scatter sunlight.
When this happens, the skin is exposed to lower levels of harmful UV rays.
However, because UVB rays are essential for making vitamin D, sunscreen could prevent the skin from producing it. SPF 30 reduces vitamin d production by 90+%.
If you take supplement, you really must take vitamin k2 to a) optimize vit.d receptors - AND - b) prevent the d3 from pushing calcium into arteries and kidneys to prevent arterial sclerosis and kidney stones.
Do search on ‘’vitamin d3 and k2’’
Cheers
I’m just going to identify as vaccinated. If you don’t celebrate that then you are a bigot. 🤪
Good idea. And we don’t need “permission” to identify, do we?
My “holistic” chiropractor said we need full body sun exposure. I asked her if she would bond me out of jail.
There are certain body parts that probably don’t need full sunlight. :)
