As I understand it, the only places alcohol can be sold in Wyoming is by liquor stores as they don’t sell it in grocery stores. But they make up for it by allowing drive through at the liquor stores. Somehow selling beer to a driver is a very leading process. Sounds like the drive through window at fast food places. Same results.
