I suspect they’re at doing it to make their customers feel more comfortable about getting back on a boat. Good for business.
If someone is vaccinated, there is no concern. If one declines vaccination, they are unconcerned. It's time to sail and let adults be adults.
Not that simple. If I was taking a cruise I wouldn’t want it screwed up by an outbreak on the ship even if I was immune.
