I am deeply offended that big corporations are trying to bully Georgia into repealing a perfectly reasonable voting integrity law. President Biden lied about the law so egregiously that even the Bezos propaganda outlet, The Washington Post, awarded him 4 Pinocchios. But that didn’t stop some of America’s most prominent corporations from trying to bully Georgia into repealing the law, one which protects legitimate votes from being cancelled out by fraudulent votes.
Now, former President Trump is calling for boycotts of the corporations that are acting as political overlords:
"For years the Radical Left Democrats have played dirty by boycotting products when anything from that company is done or stated in any way that offends them. Now they are going big time with the WOKE CANCEL CULTURE and our sacred elections," Trump said in a statement on Saturday released by Save America PAC. (snip)
"It is finally time for Republicans and Conservatives to fight back— we have more people than they do— by far! Boycott Major League Baseball, Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, JPMorgan Chase, ViacomCBS, Citigroup, Cisco, UPS and Merck. Don’t go back to their products until they relent. We can play a better game than them," he said.
I agree with the sentiment wholeheartedly, but I differ in tactics. This is a long list to boycott, and it includes some firms that might be difficult for some people to avoid. What if you are on a prescription drug made by Merck? Or what if you are traveling to or from a city where Delta Airlines offers the only service?
Increasingly, Saul Alinsky, the left-wing agitator who inspired Hillary Clinton’s graduation thesis at Wellesley, has advice that makes sense for conservatives today. He specialized in advising those with less institutional power how to bend the mighty to their own purposes.

More likely, Wokeism is going to encourage more businesses to follow the MLB model where they move from 51% black Atlanta to 24% black NYC.
I doubt it, the corporations recognize that political power is now in the hands of those who rig the elections.
And they think if they feed the tiger it will eat them last.
Nope.
To prove I'm serious, as a lifelong NY Yankees fan I would just like to say 'Screw Derek Jeter'.
Cancelled bottled water service from Coke-owned Dasani. Will cancel a Chase credit card next. Every penny counts.
I never was a boycotter but I am now. And I’m closely watching every bastard I giving my money to these days.
Well, if they end up in NYC
Nonetheless, I try to support boycotts of the 'woke' organizations and support those who stand up to tyranny. I don't think I'm alone. Even in our very liberal suburb, Chick-Fil-A always has a long line wrapping around the building. Our household's reliance on Amazon has dropped to nearly zero.
We need to be vocal and contact these firms to express our displeasure. I want to support Hobby Lobby because they're generally less 'woke' than the others. Unfortunately much of their merchandise is sourced from China.
Nope, because unlike the right, the left knows how to make effective boycotts which the lefty CEOs are terrified over.
I sent my brother a package by UPS a couple of months ago because it was cheaper than the post office That’s the only time any of those outfits has gotten a penny from me in at least 20 years.
Sonmeone posted a longer list of companies that help fund MLB I think it was, or sponsor teams I guess, the only ones on that list were Lysol and Mastercard. I have no choice, my credit union uses Mastercard for my debit card. Don’t have any credit cards and dont want one. Store brand lysol is ok with me. Do have some lysol antibacterial wipes right here beside me, when the package is empty no more...I can find generic easy enough, already have 2 or 3 packs.
Haven’t been to a Target store since they announced their bathrooms were open to whatever gender you decide you feel like. Ditto for Kroger. It’s a 45 minute drive anyway.
I’ve been weaned off TV for 2 or 3 years, all my news is online, mostly right here on FR and Breitbart. Why waste all day scouring these here interwebs, when most of the reliable sites are found right here? Can’t beat it with a stick. I just wish I had enough income I could send in a tenner now and then...you guys are great, but $600 a month is way below poverty level...glad I don’t have to pay rent.
Oh and by the way, thanks to all.
It will be interesting to watch how they get themselves out of this corner.
Is it a boycott if a person already knows that will never use their products and services ever again?
If it works.
The Barilla boycott was the best. The CEO defied the Wokesters, the company did a temporary price cut, people stocked up on pasta and sauce, and the stores all sold out.
Teach?
Is he kidding?
How about teaching Trump supporters he cannot and will not do this alone.
I’m confused about the difference between boycotts and “cancel culture.” Isn’t boycotting the same as canceling?
I don’t want business to side with either political party.
However, today I am calling Coka-Cola and asking them to provide me a copy of the Georgia legislation on voting that it objected to.
Rock, meet hard place. If they decline to openly side with the RATs they’ll be portrayed as every kind of bigot known to society.
