The source of all this insanity is postmodernism (neo Marxism) , which has taken over universities and schools and that is now flooding society at large.
Marxism devided the world as either oppressor or oppressed, but he limited that oppression to economic classes. After that failed miserably Marxism was reinvented as neo Marxism where the oppressed and oppressor can be anybody and depending on the time of day the same person or group can be both.
