The weasel words are going to be “well it’s a private business. If they want to require it that’s up to them”. How did that work for bakery’s being forced to bake gay wedding cakes? Or any other private business?

DeSantis also signed a document today - I don’t recall if it was legislation or an order - announcing that businesses would have no liability for Covid. In other words, you can’t walk into some business, test positive later, and sue them because you think you “got” covid there.

Very essential step. Georgia already has such a law.

We need to bring a lawsuit against all fascist corporations. Fascism is unconstitutionaal and falls under the RICO Act.

Example: If a private business requiring the passport is a large distributor for Publix, they could try to jack Publix into requiring the passport as well by refusing to distribute to them.

“But muh private businesses . . . “ What could possibly go wrong?
