Gee they sure are aware of a lot of the shooters, wonder why that would be? But gee wiz they never seem to stop the shootings. I wonder if the shooter had a handler?

In all fairness to the FBI they have a lot on their plate investigating Capitol protestors, celebrity dog-nappers and all other threats to the republic.
