I noticed that as well. Who can scrape up that kind of money, Where did they find it? Under the cushions on the couch.
I saw that, too, and wondered “WTH?”
That suggests that they struck pay dirt at Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple or some other money-making machine. You don’t “scrape together” more than a half-mil in cash otherwise.
And why in the world would they NOT take advantage of these historically low mortgage interest rates and keep their cash for other investments and emergencies?
Yeah, It sounds more like money laundering when you’re able to ‘scrap together’ nearly 600K. Rich peoples problems.
