It's funny, they want you to assume he's Hispanic but his mom was a Romanian Jew who emigrated to Cuba and his Jewish Cuban father had roots in Poland & Turkey.

He did happen to be born in Cuba; they migrated in the 1960s and he grew up in Beverly Hills.

It sounds like he's no more Hispanic/Cuban American than my naturalized white friend from South Africa can call himself an African-American. But the rules of woke vary depending on the object discussed. He's with the Dems so he will be designated whatever they need him to be for their identity politics. Sad.
