No charges against Portland rioters.......equal justice says to not charge those patriots who demonstrated on 1/6. Some are being held without bail.
But rioters on the Capitol will get prison time. Cut the crap man. It’s so obvious.

If I were a current defendant of 1/6, I would bring videos and charge sheets of each of these violent anarchists to my trial, show them, and ask the FBI and prosecutors the status of each case.
Then, I’d contrast my own far lesser offense of walking through a building peaceably, and ask for equal protection of the law.
And appeal to the Supremes.
