I stopped watching a lot of sports due to the all the woke crap. You couldn’t escape it. Even if some teams didn’t kneel, the announcers would always blab about racism, and there were woke ads during the games. I pretty much gave up and haven’t missed it as much as I thought I would.
It's also nice to have my weekends back. Sunday during football season in particular. Over the past few years, I really look forward to those crisp, autumn days of taking a drive out to the woods and getting on some hiking trails. On the way back, I'll stop at some roadside farm stands and get some fresh produce. Makes for a really nice day.
