Who decides? I seem to recall that only about 5% are directly related to slaves today. Considering colonies were pretty far down the scale for slaves brought here.... IIRC less than a half million. Just sayin’.
Look for EVERY minority group in America coming up with some BS reason why they should have reparations as well.

A columnist whose name slips my memory said reparations should amount to the difference between the average income of American blacks and the average income of African blacks, which is what American blacks would have earned if their ancestors had remained there. On that basis African Americans owe the U.S. billions of dollars.
Reparations should start and end with the racist, slavery loving, segregationist, KKK backing, black baby exterminating, black family destroying, black neighborhood destroying, black jobs destroying DEMOCRAT PARTY.
I might actually be for this if they put in there that if one has ever received welfare, they are NOT entitled to reparations.
Plus, the Democrat Party has to empty their coffers to put into the reparations kitty.
Can you imagine the black on black crime wave that we’ll see once we start handing out checks. It will be a disaster that once again is all our fault.
Yes, this is a win/win for them. When normal people resist this insanity, it bolsters their claim of white supremacy behind every bush and tree.

Seriously, that truth is what I have always said about reparations. I think it might be more like 30 trillion from some estimates.
They’ve already been paid, and all it did was create a broken, dysfunctional, violent, and immoral sub culture. Now they want us to give more? For what, so they can hate us more and be even more destructive?
