Almost all corn is GMO. So I don’t eat it. Feedlot cattle are fed corn, which they can barely digest...they need grass. So I buy grassfed beef from local farmer and pasture-raised eggs and Grassmilk. You can buy that milk and those eggs everywhere. More expensive but worth it. I’ve very old and extremely healthy...in the last 10 years I was sick once with a bad cold that lasted a week. Take many supplements —all of the things now recommended to boost your immune system I’ve taken every morning for the last 40 years.
Interesting book you might enjoy: The Omnivore’s Dilemma by Michael Pollan,
Knight Professor of Science and Environmental Journalism at the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism. He has other books too, always bestsellers and all available on AMZ and probably your library. Heard him on the radio a few months ago, bought his book and sent a link to my sister who doesn’t have a clue about food and nutrition.
Eh. GMO is called “breeding” in simple terms. We’ve been deliberately breeding animals and plants for certain characteristics for ages. There’s nothing really new under the sun.
