To be noted, admittance to federal wilderness is by permission only - that is they can restrict if, when and how long you can ‘visit,’ and what activities you can and can’t engage in. Im sure much of this land is land that could be designated for building along with wilderness land. This gives them the right to restrict the building, just ask agenda 21
