A federal judge Thursday threw out a lawsuit by a transgender woman who accused the private pageant corporation of discrimination for denying her the right to participate in competitions.
U.S. District Judge Michael W. Mosman found that the pageant association cannot be required to allow a transgender woman to participate in light of its mission to promote “natural-born” females. . . .
“Because I viewed it as an organization that does promote a message and seeks to maintain control of that message, I view it as an association that cannot under the Constitution be required to allow plaintiff to participate in what defendant says is a contradiction of that message,” [judge] Mosman said.

Upper court will overturn, if it makes it to THIS SCOTUS and not the 155 member bidet court it will be reaffirmed.

The judiciary is all in on the tyrannical tranny train. Even moderately “conservative” justices lie about half-century old legislation to support it. It’ll probably be reversed on appeal.
Beauty pageants are,IMO,silly and frivolous.The one thing that could make them even sillier and more frivolous is to see contestants with 5 o'clock shadow.

I'll do you one better: I have a lifetime ban at both The Guardian (a British left wing newspaper) and at youtube for *politely* insisting that there are only two genders.
Not for long, this will be appealed and they’ll win under the Equality Law.
