YES. Higher quality color coded masks will go to the groups with the best pity-party stories who ARE ALSO MOST loyal to the democrat party. RACE - VICTIM-HOOD STATUS - AND LOYALTY MATTER ...
Antifa and BLM thugs already get free masks from the white liberal 'elites' who provided them with pallets of bricks used to break store windows and other assorted weapons ... so they should use the ones already gifted to them every day during the riots.

This is disturbing. Is there a segment of the population that is unable to obtain a mask? They are not expensive, and even free in some places, but that doesn’t matter. The dems have trained some people to be helpless and totally dependent on Mother Government.
This is a forerunner of a massive income transfer from eeeevvvvil Whitey to democrat voters.
That is worth repeating. Liberals talk about racism, but far too many of them really do think they are superior to other people. Their behavior may be the reason many black, Hispanic, Asian, and indigenous people feel discriminated against.
Who would think that minorities don't know how to obtain a mask, or how to make one? I haven't seen any poor people in urban areas who did not have masks. The minority people hard at work all across America in hospitals, stores, offices, construction sites, meat packing plants, and everywhere else have masks just like everyone else does.
Joe Biden's plan is condescending and racist at its core.
Some people are bigots based on race. The left are bigots about political beliefs. There is no difference between a KKK member and a democrat.

Agreed. It suggests that minorities can’t take an old shirt and fashion a mask from it. Basic sewing etc.
IOW, Biden is publicly stating minorities are too stupid to find or make masks.
It costs $0 to make a reusable mask. The Surgeon General, who happens to be a minority, has demonstrated making one from a bandanna and rubber bands.
This is a payoff to someone.
I don't think you can go to a rodeo or grocery or hardware store without stumbling over a crate of free masks that bounced off of a truck in the parking lot and were crashed into by another delivery truck.
Great idea! Hand out completely ineffective masks to millions of people who have no idea how to apply/seal, wear and maintain them. Ain’t political theater great?!
They re given away free at almost every place of business that the Marxists have left open. This is theft from the US taxpayers.
