Illinois Democrat Gov. JB Pritzker signed the Pretrial Fairness Act (HB3653) on Monday making the Land of Lincoln the first state to eliminate cash bail despite unified opposition by the state’s police community and all but two of the 102 county state’s attorneys.
Ahead of the governor’s signature, the Illinois Legislative Black Caucus sponsored the bill which aims to eliminate any bail requirements for those charged with felonies if they have been deemed to be no threat to the community, MSN News reported. The bill will take effect in January of 2023.

Just you wait, Gov. until something brutal happens to your wife or one of your children, and the assailant is allowed to walk free out of the police station, no bail no nothing to stop him from doing it again. Obviously, this is a Gov. who has not yet learned compassion or empathy of the everyday citizen.

Eliminating cash bail is just one way to keep criminals out of jail and their expenses off the books of a bankrupt government. Load them up with fines and watch them relocate to other jurisdictions.
The Governor of Illinois, Pritzker, who doesn’t seem to have skipped a meal over this, called the opponents of the bail bill (including 100 out of 102 county DAs and the police statewide) “liars and fearmongers”. Isn’t the unity and tolerance promoted by Josef Biden wonderful?

Pritzker is a grade A a@@. Look what happened to NYC after they eliminated cash bail. Criminals came into the police station and then took the same revolving door out, to commit many more crimes of exactly the same type. Fool.

This will result in vigilantly justice as some point because the bill is heavy anti-cop, it’s human nature, don’t call the police, deal with the issue yourself. And from what I am hearing the cops are going to walk in and clean up the mess as they are walking around with bullseyes on their backs with this smoking pile of horse crap.
Actually, Leftists ruin everything they run/touch. Not all Libs are Leftists but they tend in that direction.
