This impeachment attempt will go nowhere in NY States for the following reasons:
1) Democrats control the assembly 105-43 with one Independent.
2) The Speaker of the House in NY is a Democrat.

Cuomo knew exactly what he was doing. He doesn’t need to be impeached so much as he needs to be hanged.

The actual number of COVID deaths has long been questioned. Did they overstate the number of deaths by fudging the death certificates? It may now come back to bite Cuomo in the butt.
I suspect that this is a set up to exonerate him so he can be handed the VP slot for harris with a *clean* record.
That way, it won’t be hanging over his head in the hands of the federal government, which has far less dem control than NYS does.
