I think he’s still learning his way around the White House. Reports were that he never had been in the residential part of the White House when he was Obama’s VP. And he wakes in the morning and asks Jill where the hell are they?

It’s a big house, so he’s got to take tours of the place to learn his way around.

I doubt Biden goes very far without his private nurse "Jill" to 'guide him' as she has thus far.
