I agree, but I've heard he's not an intellect but a dullard.

So I doubt he even recognizes he was wrong and needs to resign, but he won't resign no matter what.

He thinks digging his heals in will stop all of this. It won't.

So yes, the sooner he resigns the better for him, the families of those that died in those nursing homes and the state.
