Great idea Mr President, but I can do Better, I just signed an Executive Order mandating that ANY Federal Employee within the State found to be more than 3 miles from their personal residence, shall be Detained and Quarantined for their own safety, for the Duration of the Virus.. I an emptying out an entire Prison to house and care for them.
Build walls in Washington D.C. Tear down walls in Texas and Arizona. Restrict travel in the U.S. Allow illegals in without disease tests. Use executive orders not legislation.

Florida didn’t wish to play the game, so Biden pulled out the rules to punish them. He took a state determination away from the voters. One that has nothing to do with the feds and is backed by the Constitution as has been demonstrated over the last year. And additionally the Biden ruling has violated the equal protection under the law phrase also in the Constitution. He is pushing the level of high crimes and misdemeanors violating Constitutional rights of a portion of US citizens.
