A Fairfax Count magistrate decided there was probable cause (and a summons was issued)
so I’d say, she’s got standing. Young will probably claim free speech rights, but a minor being in the home may work against that defense.Dunno if there are any state laws about intimidation of politicians’ relatives but that could apply, maybe.
I really wish the ignorant would figure out what “standing” actually means.
Standing simply means that there is a live controversy. She’s already filed the criminal complaint. Now there will be a trial. So yes, she has “standing” in the sense that you are using it (without understanding it.)
