They just argued for Texas in the Texas vs. Pennsylvania et al. case. Election laws were changed without involvement of the state legislatures.

In the majority opinion it was stated Texas could show no harm and had no business in how other states ran their elections. With the cancellation of Keystone XL and ban on fracking on public lands (the oil from Keystone XL and fracking being refined in Texas) they have lost many jobs. Should they now have standing?
