BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- New York State Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte Friday handed a ruling in favor of Republican Claudia Tenney, barring any appeal.
Without an appeal, Tenney wins the seat for New York's 22nd Congressional District.

The order also requires the New York State Board of Elections to certify the results.
The justice issued his ruling, also rejecting Incumbent Democrat Anthony Brindisi's motion for an injunction to stay the certification.

The Dominion machines did exactly what they're supposed to do. Its the illegal reprogramming of them that caused the mess.
.....good news.....I wish her well....the Democrats do not play fair and they have lonnnngggg memories.....
remember.... for generations, the Democrat party was known as the evil party, and the Republican party was known as the stupid party.... I don’t see where things have changed very much....
