It is not a false claim. There is enough evidence that makes any intelligent person question.
This isn't Dominion; this suit is by Smartmatic. Smartmatic alleges in their complaint that their machines were used in only one county in the entire U.S. in the 2020 election. If that allegation is correct, any claim that Smartmatic stole the election is impossible.
