He did make a couple of amazing predictions. I am quite sure he will be right this time. The question is when.
I can remember his making a prediction as the Dow passed 10,000 that the Dow would reach 30,000. This was during the .com bubble. I think it just topped 30,000 this year.
There are many good advisors that speak regularly on this topic.
An interesting thing Harry was saying was that bitcoin would crash, too, and that it would eventually become a world wide standard, but not until it was more widely used and not so speculative. He thought that housing would crash along with the markets.
