That assumes that the House actually seat the winner.

What’s the final tally on the House in 2020?

Wonder how many others might have been stolen from Republicans in the House?

The Red Sea just got parted.

Tenney was the rightful winner and I am shocked that it was allowed to stand.

IIRC Bella Pelosi has the power to refuse to seat the winner. Ten bucks says she'll do just that.

A couple of things.

1. This judge is a Democrat. Weird huh. Kinda makes the blog sound really stupid.
2. The outcome had less to do with signature checks than it did with the judge ordering more than 1000 ballots to be canvassed in a Republican county. These ballots had been disqualified due to a screw up at the DMV. The Democrat argued that only about 69 of these ballots (almost all from Democrats) should count. The judge said, “nope” count them all.

Tenney actually won by 28,000 votes, among those cast on ELECTION DAY.

They have to let some of them slip through. They can't win them all, I mean that would be magic!

or something.

Imagine if signature checks were allowed in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit, Milwaukee, Las Vegas and Phoenix. Decent, rational people will never be convinced that Biden won the election.

128 ballots from voters who voted in the right election district but wrong polling place

This one seems the most dubious. If they were residents of the district, and did not otherwise cheat, what difference does it make which polling place they went to? Especially in the era of mail in ballots and ballot drop boxes. They constantly switch my polling place around and a few times over the years I have stood in line only be told "oh, you're not on this list, you should check over at the High School". Stand in another line. An annoyance.

The democrat had originally ‘won’ the seat by a messily 20-50 votes prior to Republicans submitting more than a 1000 instances of fraud to the court.

I thought that Tenney had the lead even before this process had taken place, and this article even states: First, Oneida County officials reported that Tenney had grown her lead by 93 votes after they reviewed more than 1,000 as-of-yet uncounted ballots in search of voters who applied to vote on time but were erroneously left unregistered by Election Day.

The new ballots from Oneida County mean she is currently ahead by 122 votes in the unofficial race.

But is it really over? The article also says this:

Despite the bad news for Brindisi, he has an appeal pending, and it’s still not clear when the race will be completely over and done with.

The only logical explanation is that this judge confused red with commie and saw red next to the GOP candidate’s name.

“We want you to make the commie win”.

This is Kabuki Theater. There is one party, the Uniparty, as proven in the 2020 elections.

This never would’ve gotten this far if there hadn’t been a third-party candidate in the race trying to suck Republican votes

Amazing that they couldn’t massage this enough to get their Dem in, I’m quite surprised.

Judge delays NY 22nd race another week after last-minute Brindisi effort

State Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte on Monday decided to delay the results of the 22nd Congressional District race for about another week to allow debate on this question:

If the wrong person gets sent to Congress, what can be done about it?

DelConte, overseeing the last undecided congressional race in the country, made the decision to prolong the race even more after a last-minute challenge from Democract Anthony Brindisi, who is fighting to keep the House seat from Republican Claudia Tenney.

Yeah, who DIDNT see THIS coming?

Wow! Don’t know whether to say it’s good news and celebrate or not because you never know which way the pendulum swings with those GOP winners. Sad to say cause my skepticism has grown 100% with each GOP candidate that wins a seat.
