First of all let me be clear I WAS talking about “rules” not “laws”. He “violates” a number of social rules, like making fun of people, not working cooperatively, describing things as black or white and unwilling to discuss complexities, and complete lack of diplomacy. With his overbearing father, he learned early to rebel, and that strikes a cord with a lot of people.

Trump had the pleasure of appointing 3 Supreme Court justices, definitely not a loss. But it still did not solve his personal problems.

"will head the legal team for the second impeachment trial"

It took 3 writers from CNN to get it wrong. There was NO 1st impeachment TRIAL. It was dead on arrival to the Senate.

"Except several state legislatures let their courts and not legislative officials change the election laws. And bobble head Roberts wouldnt hear the cases."

I've been saying that since November 4th, plus when the USSC threw out the Texas (and some 15 supporting States) lawsuit due to "no standing". How can the millions of voters have no standing when the evidence of the steal was obvious? I still can't understand why the USSC didn't even look at the merits of the case.

Was it because the AG of Texas filed the suit and not one of the candidates? If so, still didn't hold water just to be ignored. Millions of voters were disenfranchised due to the fraud in certain counties. It's a proven fact.

The USSC voted in favor of Bush vs Gore when Florida tried to change their Electors without Legislative due process. I just don't get why the USSC didn't look at the merits of the Texas suit. Half of the Country's votes were eliminated due to the steal.

Respectfully, I wish people would stop calling this upcoming trial as impeachment. He has already been impeached (charged), the next step is the trial.

I'm kinda hoping Trump allows it. Discovery will be a bitch and drag on to 2022. People will get tired of this farce as they did with Russia after Mueller's report. It may even turn a few minds.

It’s not an impeachment at this point. It doesn’t meet the
official designation.

When talking about it, I sometime reference it by the
vernacular being used commonly, instead of writing a
sentence to clarify what trial I’m talking about.

I understand your stance on it. Makes sense.

I will reference it a different way from here on out.

It’s an important issue.

Reference it as you prefer. Simple, just put trial after impeachment. Those who follow this debacle will get it. If not - whatever. I’m kind looking forward to discovery. Still, I hope Trump tells them to shove it. Then what? They hold a trial without the defendant having a say? Not Constitutional, which their pissy little circus isn’t anyway.

I agree. And for the life of me, I don’t know what they think
this little stunt will gain them.

He’s not going to be blocked from running again.

They’re playing to their sick followers and nothing else.

You and everybody else cant understand it.

There is but one explanation. Blackmail.

BTW, it wasnt just Texas that filed that type of suit. Even a PA congressman filed the same sort and they wouldnt take his case either.

SECESSION!!!!!
