Republican Claudia Tenney increased her lead over Democrat Anthony Brindisi in New York’s 22nd Congressional District race when more than 300 votes were salvaged after a mistake by Oneida County elections staff.
Tenney is now ahead by 122 votes, up from 29 votes, in the race over Brindisi of 312,066 cast for the two candidates in the race.
The 22nd Congressional race is the only undecided House race in the country, nearly three months after Election Day.
It’s been beleaguered by errors that have caused delays and is an exceptionally close race, so both candidates are fighting for every ballot in a State Supreme Court case. State Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte is presiding over hearings in which he’ll rule on ballots being contested by either candidate.
Recently, the judge learned of a mistake by Oneida County staff in which more than 2,400 people applied to register to vote in Oneida County on time via the Department of Motor Vehicles. However, elections staff failed to process their applications, so those voters would have been told they weren’t registered on Election Day.

When it takes 90 days to count 300,000 votes, yet Texas can count 11 million votes before midnight election day, then you know NY is either being ran by morons, crooks or both! Its time to identify retard voting hubs (Detroit, Atlanta, NY, NJ, Philadelphia) and send the military and only the military to count votes.

this is what I say about elections...
every precinct should have to hand out their reports THAT NIGHT to local representatives...no vote totals should be passed along until the locals get the results, to judge whether they seem suspicious or not....
So if she’s seated, what does that make the House count Reps vs Rats?

That seems to invite more fraud if I am reading this right...you assume honesty in the system. I feel that it has been ripped out of the system.
You guys yelping about fraud seem to be missing the point that the additional votes have put the Democrat further behind.
I, too, don’t understand how it takes three months to count votes in one congressional district, but the Republican’s lead IS growing.
