McConnell made one proper characterization of his group of politicians:
“We stuck together” or something like that.

Is there not one member of the Senate who would defend the position they were elected to fill? Isn’t this the most sacred place in the country and worthy of defending? Has the American experiment failed to the point that it has no brave leaders? Just one?

When violent Democrats are torching small businesses and sacking big box stores, it merits a scolding from the Republicans and a relentless PR campaign from all the left’s machinery resulting in BLM emblazoned across sports arenas coast to coast. IMHO, Rand Paul is one of the few who’ve come out of this smelling like a rose. He’s been accosted and shot at by angry leftists, so he knows political terrorism when he sees it. He’s been even keeled about the insufficient preparation for Jan 6, the ludicrous militarization of DC thereafter and the absurd impeachment charade for a president who won’t even be in office for his trial.

I am searching for any link that I can find to antifa being at the forefront of the riot at the Capitol if anyone can provide such a link.
