It’s not wimping out when you realize that you were fed a load of BS, and the people who kept telling you the Kracken was coming left you high and dry and without a leg to stand on.
It’s not their fight — they were reporting what they were told, and nothing they were told turned out to be true, and apologizing for misleading their readers is the least they should do. Maybe be more careful next time to vet their sources. We correctly call out liberal media for failing to do this all the time.
So, the Dominion Machines were merely tabulating Vote Totals?
Why do the number of Votes being cast require millions of lines of Code to simply add up the numbers for each Candidate?

Unfortunately, they did more than report on the allegations, which is why they got swept up in this.
Other news organizations are not being sued, because they DID stick to reporting facts, meaning reporting factually on what other people were saying about the election.

My parents fought lawsuits from a local transit authority based on principle all the way to the state supreme court. A democrat majority ruled against them disregarding the facts and legal principals being argued. The battle cost them nearly everything they saved during their lifetimes of frugal living. You talk big, but I doubt seriously that you have a clue what you are talking about.

So what Dominion throws up as a veil over its criminal acts/behavior is... there is no court sanctioned evidence, a judgement made following a review of the reams of indisputable evidence and testimony in a court of law. It does not mean there is no sworn/real ‘submissible’ evidence of which was done, but DENIED a full review/hearing by EVERY court the suit and evidence was filed!
