The US Senate can pass all the vote by mail laws it wants. But the US Constitution states the election laws are reserved to the states.

Not going to stop fixing things until the “democrat” wins with 99.3% of the vote.
And eliminate the Voter Registration requirement.
Puerto Rico should be given its independence and let everyone there go back to being good Spaniards.

I’m certain that election reform is coming under the guise of voter rights and/or strengthening democracy but will be loaded with provisions that do neither but will assure Democrat victories in as many jurisdictions as possible. Of course, the Democrats can be confident of bipartisan support with the Republican fool brigade of Romney, Collins, Murkowski, Sasse (one silent S) signing on to virtue signal.
Mail in voting is universally acknowledged by the ENTIRE WORLD to be insecure. Not even 3rd world banana republics use it.
