I believe every vaccine comes with a warming that a certain % of people will have significant side effects, and that some may die. We will have to find someone honest enough in the media to give us the numbers.
About 1 in a million will have some injury (not just death - that includes all injuries) on average from all vaccines. Some have slightly more, some have slightly less, but it’s roughly around 1 per 1 million.
